so i tried the not eating breakfast or lunch. it seemed to work for a couple days then for some reason i gained it back and i ws back at 130. i just want to have the body to fit into all the little dresses for home comming. is that really so much to ask?

for the past 2 days i have broken down and eaten lunch and dinner. no breakfast tho.

i havent gained gotten over 130 tho. but i cant get less then that. why?

can you tell im upset about it?

and so im back. i thought i wasnt comming back for a while. but now i have the thought in the back of my mind, homecomming. i want to be beautiful. beautiful for me.

breakfast i already skip.
lunch isnt worth eating.
dinner i have too.

goal: from tuesday-friday
no breakfast easy.
no lunch eh.
little dinner easy.
stay under 500 cals.

i hope by the end of the week ill be down to 125.
prolly so. if this works ill try it again next week. then the next.

ill be keeping this posted on how my day went.

sorry that i was gone but now i need support.

well yesterday was alright then last night i stuffed pizza in my face. but new diet plan.

i want to stay under 300 cals if possible cuz i want to burn a bunch of cals some how today from that pizza.

damage:
half a cup of coffee with splenda and milk: about 10 cals.

i gained a little so im in between 130 and 135. monday and tuesday is major fasting days. i have to baby sit tell about 4:30 and the girl i baby sit keeps me going so i think ill be good for the day. if i have to eat anything at night it will be ok as long as i limit how much i eat and do my exercise thing before i goto bed. then i have to wake up and go for at least 30 min jog or 1 hour of walking.

im not sure about today tho.

im ganna try and wait tell 3 before i eat anything, and when i do prolly a peice of fruit or some veggie thing.

so heres the plan. im ganna try a new diet.

4 neg. cal fruits a day
8 glasses of water
1 can of diet soda

i got this idea from a great girls xanga.

this starts i hope tomorrow.
its ganna be the weekend so chances are some way or other im ganna have to eat with my family. but friends always come in handy. i might go shopping tomorrow tho. that means alot of walking. that brings me to another thing.

i want to try and walk at least 3 miles and some cardio.

at least 500 crunches too.

today i babysat and did alot of moving lol. i think i covered alot of calories that i consumed.

im ganna go walking again today so that atleast 100-150 calories.

off to comment! i hope i can get under 130 by atleast sunday. thats my new goal. even if its one pound under ill still be happy. well. maybe atlease 3 pounds.
