so heres the plan. im ganna try a new diet.
4 neg. cal fruits a day 8 glasses of water 1 can of diet soda
i got this idea from a great girls xanga.
this starts i hope tomorrow. its ganna be the weekend so chances are some way or other im ganna have to eat with my family. but friends always come in handy. i might go shopping tomorrow tho. that means alot of walking. that brings me to another thing.
i want to try and walk at least 3 miles and some cardio.
at least 500 crunches too.
today i babysat and did alot of moving lol. i think i covered alot of calories that i consumed.
im ganna go walking again today so that atleast 100-150 calories.
off to comment! i hope i can get under 130 by atleast sunday. thats my new goal. even if its one pound under ill still be happy. well. maybe atlease 3 pounds. |
